Mr. Pulkundwar, the learned A.G.P. on instructions affirms that application filed by the petitioner U/Sec. 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1857 is still pending and the hearing is scheduled on 22nd September 2017.

Now, date of hearing also is given to the petitioner. 4.

The respondents shall decide the application filed by the petitioner U/Sec. 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1857 expeditiously and preferably within 3 months. 5.
