The petitioner seeks release of the vehicle seized by the Circle Officer so also challenges the order imposing penalty. The learned AGP appears for respondents and submits that the petitioner has alternate remedy.

In view of that, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy. In that event, all the contentions are kept open.
