It is submitted that the Grievance Committee has been constituted by the respondent No. 4 - University. The grievance of the petitioner can be considered by the Grievance Committee. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has

2 53WP12288.2018 already approached the Grievance Committee. In view of that, the Grievance Committee shall decide the application of the petitioner for grant leave encashment on its own merits after hearing the petitioner and the management expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months.

The writ petition is disposed of . No costs.
