Heard learned advocate appearing for the applicant. 2.

The applicant seeks to condone the delay of 471 days caused in filing the appeal. The applicant is original claimant in MACP No.201/2020, which came to be dismissed on 13.2.2023. The applicant explained the delay. Due to financial crises and incorrect legal advise, he could not file the appeal in time.

In that view of the matter, sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay. Hence, application is allowed. Delay of 471 days caused in filing the appeal is condoned. CA is disposed off.

Appeal be registered, subject to removal of the office objections, if any.
