The only request that the petitioner has put forth is that his pending appeal be decided expeditiously. It is contended that after his termination from service on 28.07.2015, he had filed Appeal No.236/2015 for challenging his termination. The said appeal was dismissed vide order dated 16.05.2016 by respondent No.2. The petitioner has preferred a statutory appeal under Rule 104 of the Maharashtra Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Rules, 1967 before respondent No.1 for challenging the order dated 16.05.2016. The

The learned AGP submits that the winter session of the State Legislative Assembly would commence this Monday. A reasonable time, of at least three months, needs to be granted. 3.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
