Mr. Patil, learned Assistant Government Pleader has placed on record the communication dated 10-08-2016 received by him from Tahsildar, Shrirampur stating that as proceedings were conducted before the Tahsidar, who is transferred and as such now proceedings shall be conducted before the new Tahsildar and plaintiffs and defendants will be given liberty to file chief-examination and also conduct cross-examination. Said communication is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification purpose.
