In the petition, the petitioner has sought directions in the nature of the writ of habeas corpus the directions to respondent to produce her daughter from unlawful custody and to take suitable action in accordance with law.

Order dated 28th December, 2022 reveals that the girl was produced before the Court. She was 22 years of age and she had stated that she had gone to Jat, District Sangli on her own accord. She did not have complaints against any one. Since the girl was major and was produced before the Court, no further directions were issued. The petition stands disposed of in view of the observations made in order dated 28th December, 2022.
