s substantive Appeal is lodged on 10.08.2023 before the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Latur, along with a Stay Application. The said authority has not even issued notice. The Chief Officer, Municipal Council, Naldurg, has issued a notice to the Petitioner dated 29.08.2023, which was published on the same day. The Petitioner was given fifteen days time to reply. The Petitioner did not submit reply to the said notice. Nevertheless, the Petitioner has approached the

We would not appreciate the conduct of the Appellate Authority in keeping the Petition pending.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off with a direction to Respondent No.1 to hear the Petitioner tomorrow prior to 12.00 noon on his request for an exparte ad-interim protection. 4.
