1] Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

2] The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 177/2024, registered with Sonpeth Police Station, District Parbhani, for the offences punishable under Section 420, 409, 34 of the IPC. 3] The allegations against the present applicant are that the applicant is the Manager of the Bank and the applicant has withdrawn Rs.10,50,000/- from the Bank account. The applicant has misused his position in the Bank and misappropriated the fund of the Bank. The custodial interrogation of the applicant is necessary in the matter.

1658.24ABA Earlier also another crime was registered against the present applicant in which he was taken into custody and thereafter he was released on bail. In view of the same, the present application is dismissed.
