We have heard Mr. Mukhedkar, the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Mr. Ingole, the learned counsel for the Municipal Corporation submits that, the proposal of the petitioner seeking construction permission has been rejected on 02nd May, 2013. 3.

In light of that, the relief claimed in the writ petition cannot be considered. The petitioner may take such steps against the order of rejection of his application for construction permission as is permissible in law.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
