The Deputy Director of Education has decided the entitlement of the petitioner with regard to the Earned Leave encashment. The same is sanctioned for 252.5 days. The payment is made in respect of 100 days. The grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. The respondent - Management shall adhere
2 Cont.Petn 665/16 to the order passed by the Deputy Director of Education and make the payment to the petitioner as per the applicable rate. The order of which contempt is alleged, stands complied.

The learned counsel for respondent No.3 submits that within three weeks respondent No.3 would submit pay bill before the concerned officer. The said statement is accepted. The Education Officer (Primary) shall pass the order within three weeks thereafter. In view of above, Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
