Heard learned counsel for the resepctive parties.

This Petition can be disposed of by directing the Additional Collector (Atiyat) Nanded to dispose of the proceedings of Appeal presented by the Petitioner on 28th May 2013, on its own merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within SIX MONTHS from today and it is accordingly directed.

3.

It would be open for the Intervenor who has presented Civil Application No.15650 of 2015 before this Court, to appear before the Additional Collector (Atiyat), Nanded in the pending proceedings and raise his objections/contentions. 4.

It is clarified that this Court has not dealt with the matter on its merits and it is open for the Additional Collector (Atiyat) to take decision in the matter pending before him, on its own merits.
