PER COURT :- 1.
Shri Shahane, learned Advocate submits that yesterday, after briefly hearing the parties, and assessing the urgency, the matters were posted on 26.9.2019 with the understanding that restoration would be permitted and the petitions would be heard finally. However, on account of a misunderstanding between the parties these matters were mentioned in the evening at rising time and on the request of the petitioners, these matters were posted today.

Both these Civil Applications have been filed in time seeking recalling of the order of this Court dated 7.9.2019, by which, both these petitions were dismissed on account of non-removal of office objections.

Learned Advocates for the respective petitioners submit that all office objections shall be removed before the end of the day on 21.9.2019.

The learned Advocates submit that the Civil Application No.11390 of 2019 was on Board for on 19.9.2019 and the Writ Petitions are posted for a passing orders on 26.9.2019 with Writ petition No.126 of 2019.

Learned Advocate for the respondent / Company submits that the Company has no objection and the petitions can be restored.

In view of the above, both the civil applications are allowed and on the conditions that all office objections shall be removed by the end of the day on 21.9.2019, both these petitions shall stand
restored and will be listed for hearing and passing orders on 26.9.2019 along with Writ Petition No.126 of 2019. 7.
The ad-interim protection granted earlier shall continue till the next date.
