The petition seeking writ of mandamus has been filed merely a months after the proposal was forwarded by the Head master for grant of approval to the petitioner's appointment made way back on 10 December 2020 and writ of mandamus is being solicited.

There is nothing to demonstrate that the respondent/Education Officer has abdicated its duty. The writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the law at appropriate stage.
