The learned Counsel appearing for the applicants submits that the parties have settled the dispute out of the Court and therefore, the order dated 15.09.2016 may be recalled.

Perused the order passed by this Court on 15.09.2016. The said order is passed on merit. Therefore, in view of the Bar contained under Section 362 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, we are not inclined to entertain this application and recall the said order. The application stands rejected.
