1] Heard.

2] Learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, received from the

Member Secretary of respondent no.2 submits that, the tribe claim of the petitioner will be decided, as expeditiously as possible, however, within four months from today.

3] Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has secured admission in First Year B.E.

[Electrical] Course from Scheduled Tribe category. However, result of the petitioner is not declared since the validity certificate is not submitted.

4] We direct respondent nos.3 and 4 to declare the result of the petitioner of B.E.

[Electrical] course.

5] We make it clear that, on the basis of relief granted in favour of the petitioner, the petitioner will not claim any equity, and the said order will also subject to outcome of the proceedings pending before respondent no.2 Committee.

6] With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.

7] Parties to act upon authenticated copy of this order.
