Though respondent Nos.1 and 2 have filed an affidavit-in-reply and stated that they have an acknowledgment receipt to indicate that the copy of OIO No.74/ST/ADC/2012 dated 23.11.2012 has already been delivered to the petitioner, such copy is not annexed to the affidavit-in-reply, which would have made things easier since the petitioner prays for disposal of this petition if he receives such copy. 2.

The learned Advocate for respondent No.2 submits that he would supply the copy of the said order within one week to Advocate Shri. Menezes.
