PER COURT :- Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions informs that, the Award has already been declared by the respondent Nos.1 and 2 under section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act. However, the amount determined under the Award has not been disbursed by respondent No.3.

Since the Award is declared, it is expected of respondent No.3 to disburse the amount of compensation. The amount shall be disbursed within a period of three months from today.
