We have heard Mr. Shirsath, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Joshi, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 1/Power Greed Corporation.

Affidavit in reply is filed by the Corporation stating that the amount of compensation is paid. According to the petitioner, the same is in respect of crops only and that too on the lower side. In case the petitioner is not satisfied with the amount of compensation paid, the petitioner has remedy U/Sec. 16(3) of the Indian Telegraph Act before the District Judge.

Mr. Sirsath, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner be given liberty to approach the District Judge in this regard.
