PER COURT :- The facts giving rise to the instant petition are identical with the facts of the Writ petition No.922 of 2015 & other companion matters disposed on 14.9.2016. For the reasons recorded in the Judgment referred to above, we pass following order:

The Principal of the College, where the petitioner was working prior to order of transfer, shall submit salary bill for the period May, 2013 to February, 2014 to the Joint Director of Education and same shall be processed and if there is no other impediment, the salary shall be paid to the petitioner expeditiously.

With the direction as above, the instant petition is disposed of. No costs.
