Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Mr. Dube, learned counsel holding for Mr. A.P. Bhandari who earlier on had been representing the applicant, requests that Mr. Bhandari wants to discharge himself from appearance in matter on behalf of the applicant. In view of appearance of Mr. R. M. Deshmukh for applicant, Mr. Bhandari stands discharged. 3.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondent, on instructions states that the proceedings pending at the behest of the respondent bearing Hindu Marriage Petition No. 969 of 2015 are being sought to be withdrawn by him.
