For the reasons to be recorded separately, I pass the following order:

ORDER

(i) Anticipatory Bail Application No.1348 of 2021 is allowed.

(ii)In the event of arrest of applicant in connection with Crime No.0332 of 2021 registered with Chandanzeera Police Station, Jalna, Dist.Jalna, the applicants be released on bail on their executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- each, with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(iii)Applicant shall report Investigating Officer on 23rd , 24th and 25th November, 2021 at 11.00 am to 01.00 pm and to co-operate with the Investigating Officer. (iv)The Application stands disposed of.

(v) Criminal Application No.2720 of 2021 stands disposed of.
