Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This court disposed of Writ Petition No. 11218/2025 vide order on 16.09.2025 with direction that until the interim or final order without interim order is passed, no action to be taken by the State Authorities or any other Authorities to fill in the post of the petitioner. 3.

Today, the learned counsel for the parties submit that the matter is fixed on 3.10.2025 for final hearing and they would not seek adjournment and consented for continuation of interim order dated 16.9.2025 passed in Writ Petition No. 11218/2024.

The learned AGP also on instruction further submits that the interim order dated 16.9.2025 will be continued for a period of two weeks after the decision of the appellate authority.

In view of the above, the relief granted on 16.9.2025 shall continue to operate till 3.10.2025 and thereafter for the period of two weeks after the decision of the appellate authority.
