After this Court expressed disinclination to allow this application, the learned advocate for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application. Leave granted. The application is disposed of as withdrawn.

The learned advocate for the applicant further prays for directions for expeditious hearing of the trial. 4.
This Court is not having correct information as to how many cases are expedited before the concerned Court. Hence no such directions can be given without such exact information. Further the Hon'ble Supreme Court had also given directions to decide old cases within one year.

While rejecting such applications or granting permission to allow to withdraw such applications prayer for direction for
1629.2023BA -2expeditious hearing of the trial are made over burdening trial Courts with such directions for expeditious hearing in time frame would not be proper. It would be, therefore, proper to call court wide information from the concerned Sessions Court of each of the District within the jurisdiction of this High Court Bench at Aurangabad. 6.
In view of the above, all the Sessions Judges in all the Districts with the jurisdiction of this High Court Bench at Aurangabad are requested to submit the information as to how many cases are expedited by the High Court and Hon'ble Supreme Court which are pending within three weeks from today so that the trial Court shall not be over burdened by directions of this Court in many cases. 7.
The Registrar (Judicial) to communicate this order to concerned for compliance.
