The civil application No. 10315 of 2025 is filed seeking modification of the order dated 22.01.2025, passed by this Court in civil application No. 9122 of 2024.

Learned advocate for the applicant in the said civil application pointed out the order dated 22.1.2025 and submitted that the words "solvent surety" appearing in the second last line of para 4 of the said order require to be substituted by words "solvent security

ca10315.25 -2or surety" to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 4.

Learned advocate for respondent No. 1 and learned A.G.P. for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 have no objection to allow the said civil application.

In view of above and considering the submissions of both sides, the civil application No. 10315 of 2025 deserves to be allowed. The civil application is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B" and "C" and disposed of.
