PER COURT :- 1.

The applicant prays for condonation of 5 days' delay, for setting aside the order of the Registrar dated 4.9.2017, refusing registration for non-removal of office objections and for restoration of the Writ Petition. 2.

Considering the above and for the reasons set out in the application, both the applications are allowed. The applicants shall remove all office objections within a period of six weeks, considering the Diwali Vacations, failing which, the order of the Registrar, dated 4.9.2017 shall stand restored.

If all office objections are removed, the order of the Registrar shall stand set aside, both the petitions shall stand registered and shall be listed for admission on 8.12.2017.
