The report also mentions that charge sheet is fled on 20.11.2021 and case number is RCC No. 1361/2021. Supplementary charge sheet is being fled.

Thus, the applicant was arrested prior to interim relief granted by this Court on 20.11.2021. The communication tendered by the learned APP is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identifcation.
