Delay of 31 days caused in filing present application for restoration is condoned. Order dated 9th August 2017 is set aside, subject to payment of cost of Rs. 2000/- (Rs. Two thousand only) to the High Court Bar Library, within two weeks from today, which is condition precedent for restoration of Appeal.
