The petitioner's Tribe Certificate is pending scrutiny before the respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee. It is informed that the matter was closed and reserved for orders. There is a change in the constitution of the members of the Scrutiny Committee, it is, therefore, necessary for the petitioner to again appear before the Scrutiny Committee and put forth his case. The petitioner undertakes to appear before the Scrutiny Committee on 23/09/2025 (Tuesday). 2.

The Scrutiny Committee shall hear the petitioner's oral submissions. The petitioner may put on record written submissions, if any. The Scrutiny Committee shall thereafter decide the petitioner's claim within a week's time.
