The applicant seeks to condone delay of 54 days caused in filing the appeal. Notice of this application is served upon the respondents, however, none appears.

Considering the reasons as stated in the application, sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay. Hence, civil application is allowed. Delay of 54 days caused in filing the appeal is condoned. CA stands disposed off.
