The petitioner's proposal is pending with the Committee for last more than one year for validation of her tribe certificate and she is soliciting a direction for early decision. 2.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's father's proposal is also pending with the Committee. A vigilance inquiry has been conducted therein. He has even filed reply to the report and petitioner can easily be allowed to adopt his reply and even her matter can be directed to be decided simultaneously at the earliest.

We dispose of the writ petition with the following directions : i.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 03.10.2024.

The Committee shall consider her request of adopting father's reply and thereafter shall decide both the proposals simultaneously on 11.10.2024.
