The Advocate for the Applicant submits that in the connected Appeals arising out of the same proceedings, this Court vide order dated 23rd August, 2024 passed in Civil Application No. 254 of 2018 in First Appeal [St.] No. 36863 of 2017, has condoned the similar days delay. He submits that this Application can also be allowed. 3.

Learned AGP appears for the State and submits that appropriate orders be passed.
