Issue notice to respondents. Learned A.G.P. waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3. Learned counsel waives notice for respondent No. 4.

Mr. Vibhute, learned counsel submits that the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending. The petitioner is given admission to B.D.S course. The result of the petitioner's 2nd year B.D.S. course examination is not being declared on the ground that validation proceeding is pending.

The respondent No. 2 - committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within 8 months. The petitioner shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the said proceeding.

If, the petitioner is otherwise eligible then, the result of the petitioner's 2nd year B.D.S. examination shall not be withheld only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. 5.

In case, the petitioner is otherwise eligible then, the respondents - College and University shall not refuse to give admission to the petitioner for next year only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
