Mr. Vibhute, learned counsel submits that the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending for verification with the committee since March-2016. The petitioner is given admission to the 1st year B.A.M.S. course, however, examination form is not being accepted.

We have heard the learned A.G.P. and Mr. Bayas, learned counsel for the University.

The respondent No. 2 - committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within 9 months. 4.

The petitioner shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the said proceeding.

In case, the petitioner is admitted to B.A.M.S. course and if, the petitioner is otherwise eligible then, his examination form for 1st year B.A.M.S. course shall not be refused only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. After the result is declared, in case, the petitioner is otherwise eligible then, the admission to the 2nd year B.A.M.S. course to the petitioner shall not be refused only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
