Present petition has been filed mainly for issuing directions to respondent Nos.5 and 6 to decide objections dated 19.09.2024, 20.09.2024, 22.09.2024 and 24.09.2024 submitted by the petitioners.

Issue notice to the respondents. Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 to 4. Learned Advocate Mr. V. C. Patil Ashtekar holding for learned Advocate Mr. U. B. Bondar waives notice for respondent Nos.5 and 6.

Upon instructions from respondent Nos.5 and 6, learned Advocate appearing for them submits that respondent No.5 would decide the objections within a period of four weeks from today. 4.

The said statement is taken as undertaking. The writ petition is disposed of with directions to respondent Nos.5 and 6 to decide those objections on its own merits within a period of four weeks from today.

We make it clear that if the petitioners pray to respondent Nos.5 and 6 that a hearing be given to them, then respondent Nos.5 and 6 may consider the said request.
