This application is by wife seeking transfer of the proceedings H.M.P. No.351/2013 pending on the file of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Wardha to the Court Civil Judge, Senior Division, Bhusawal.

The marriage of applicant was solemnized on 14/09/2007 and is blessed with minor son who is in the custody of

153.14mca -2the applicant. She expressed thainformityt if she has to travel from Wardha to Bhusawal, it will be causing hardship to her as she has minor son to look after and the distance between these two places is more than 300 kms.

Non applicant though served, none appears.

As ground of hardship since is not controverted by nonapplicant, Misc. Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
