Learned Assistant Government Pleader as well as the learned advocates for respondents have raised preliminary objection about maintainability of present petition on the ground that second revision is maintainable against the impugned order before the State Government.

Learned advocate for petitioners, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file revision before the State Government.

Permission granted. Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Time spent by the petitioners in prosecuting present petition shall be considered at the time of deciding delay condonation application.
