After this matter was heard for some time, it is stated that, the issue involved in this petition is identical to that dealt with in Writ Petition No. 3243 of 2017 by this very bench. That petition is decided on 22.06.2017 directs the Board to take steps to hear the petitioner again and pass a reasoned order. It is only thereupon that notices as are issued and impugned would be issued. This petition therefore, is allowed in the very terms on which Writ Petition No. 3243 of 2017 was allowed.
