Despite the self operative order dated 11.06.2019, the applicant did not supply the copy of the application paper book for issuance of notice. By this Civil Application, the request is made for enlargement of time.

In view of the above, this Civil Application is allowed subject to the applicant paying an amount of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred) as donation for the Ghati Hospital, Aurangabad (Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad), to be deposited with the Medical Officer, High Court Dispensary, Aurangabad, either in cash or by Demand Draft, to be drawn in the name of "Dean, Government Medical College and

*2* 965ca11420o19 Hospital Dengi Samiti, Aurangabad" and producing a receipt of such deposit before the Registry of this Court on or before 19.10.2019. The applicant shall also supply two copies of the Miscellaneous Civil Application on or before 19.10.2019. If the applicant fails to comply with any of the above conditions, this order would stand recalled and the Miscellaneous Civil Application shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court forthwith.

If both the directions are complied with, issue notice to the respondent in Miscellaneous Civil Application on both the addresses returnable on 03.12.2019 and the ad-interim relief granted earlier would continue.
