Learned counsel for the petitioner states that two days back, the Sub-Divisional Officer, has issued the corrected certificate of Mannerwarlu to the petitioner. The petitioner would submit the same to the Committee within one week. The result of the petitioner of the Ist year BDS course is not being declared on the

We have heard learned counsel for Respondents.

As now the tribe certificate is issued, the petitioner shall submit the tribe certificate to the Respondent Committee within one week.

The Respondent No.1 Committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within nine (9) months.

The result of the petitioner's Ist year BDS course shall not be withheld only on the ground that validation proceedings are pending. In case the petitioner is otherwise eligible then the admission of the petitioner to the next year BDS course shall not be withheld only on the ground that validation proceedings are pending. However, the degree certificate shall not be issued without the petitioner producing the validity certificate.
