This application is filed seeking modification / clarification of the order dated 22/08/2025 passed by this Court in Civil Application No.9045/2025.

Having heard learned advocate for applicant and learned advocate for respondent, we deem it appropriate to permit applicant to point out to the executing Court that the amount of Rs.3,40,000/- deposited in this Court be taken into consideration in the execution proceedings.
