PER COURT :- The petitioner is aggrieved by the failure of the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal to decide the Miscellaneous Application tendered by the petitioner, seeking stay of the order of suspension issued by the Superintendent of Police, Parbhani. In exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction under article 226 of the Constitution of India, this petition need not be entertained. It would be open for the petitioner to pursue the Tribunal to take up the Miscellaneous Application as well as the Original Application for consideration.

The writ petition is devoid of any substance and hence stands rejected.
