The application is preferred seeking suspension of sentence awarded by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ambejogai dated 27-09-2022, in Sessions Case No. 50 of 2015. 2.
The learned advocate submits that maximum punishment awarded is to suffer rigorous imprisonment for a period of three years and to pay fine of Rs.3,000/- for the offence punishable under Section 326 of the Indian Penal Code. He submits that sentence is already suspended by the learned trial court on the same day. Amount of fine is also deposited in
(2) criapln3560.22 the court below on the same day. Receipt is produced at page No.9-A. The learned advocate for the applicants submits that throughout the trial, the applicants were on bail and there is no complaint of mis-use of said liberty.

Considering the above position, sentence awarded by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ambejogai dated 27-092022, in Sessions Case No. 50 of 2015 is hereby suspended till final disposal of the appeal.
