1.

Learned advocate for the applicants makes a request to extend the time to deposit costs of Rs.7500/- and Rs.10,000/- as directed by this court in respect of original petitioners No., 5, 10 and 12 for bringing their legal heirs on record in pursuance to orders dated 27th February, 2015.

Albeit, the prayer refers to extend the period till end of October, 2015, however, considering the peculiar facts, I deem it appropriate to allow the applicants to deposit payment of costs

{2} ca14208-15 till end of November, 2015, however, with further enhancement in costs of Rs.2,500/- in respect of each of the petitioner. As such, the applicants to deposit an amount of Rs.7500/- in respect of original petitioner No.12 and Rs.15,000/- in respect of original petitioners No.5 and 10 and to produce authentic receipt of the same.

In case of failure to comply with aforesaid, this order shall be deemed to have been recalled without further reference to the court.
