Heard rival submissions. The applicants are seeking setting aside of order dtd.15.12.2017 whereby registration of their first appeal was refused on account of non compliance of order of this Court for furnishing undertaking in regard to statutory benefits and interest amounts itself. The learned counsel for the applicants undertakes to file such undertaking within two weeks.

The learned AGP strongly opposed the application that the applicants were negligent since beginning.

In view of the above, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause ('B' and 'C') subject to furnishing the aforesaid

undertaking within two weeks and on payment of cost of Rs. 2000/- to be deposited to High Court Bar Library, Aurangabad. 4.

The application stands disposed of.
