The first appeals are already dismissed by this Court. Vide the present civil applications, a request is made to direct the respondent No. 1 to deposit amount as determined vide Government Resolution dated 17.07.2015.

When this Court has already dismissed the appeals, claimants are entitled to recover the amount by filing execution. The stay if granted by the Court stands vacated on dismissal of appeal itself. The claimants are at liberty to execute the judgment and award as passed. The civil applications are disposed of.
