PER COURT:- 1.

The dispute is with regard to the payment of the part of the retiral benefits.

According to the petitioner, the amount under various heads had been sanctioned by the Joint Director of Higher Education and paid in the account of respondent-institution, but the said amount is not being disbursed.

According to the respondents, the petitioner was working as Principal and the institution because of the negligence on the part of the petitioner has to sustain penalty of interest.

There appears to be dispute with regard to the claims made and liability of the respondent to make the payment.

Considering the above, it would be appropriate for the petitioner to approach the Grievance Redressal Forum as prescribed under Section 79 of the Maharashtra Public Universities Act, 2016. In case, such petition is made, the Grievance Redressal Forum shall consider the same expeditiously after hearing all parties concerned. All contentions are kept open. No costs.
