Heard Mr. Bhalke, learned counsel for petitioner. The learned AGP raises a preliminary objection that the petitioner has remedy of appeal.

In light of that, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy. All contentions are kept open. No costs.

In case, the appeal is filed by the petitioner, then the authority whether the appeal is filed, shall consider it and take decision upon the appeal of the petitioner for release of vehicle, preferably within one month from the date of filing.
