Heard the learned Advocate appearing for the parties. 2.

Prayer Clause 'D' of the application reads as under : - "D) Pending the hearing and final disposal of this Misc. Civil Application, the further proceedings in HMP No.42/2023 pending on the file of learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Washim may kindly be stayed and for that purpose issue necessary orders."

The learned Advocate for the respondent has no objection to transfer the present application in terms of prayer Clause 'D'. However, he further submits that the Court at Parbhani be directed to decide the matter expeditiously.

HMP No.42/2023, pending before Civil Judge Senior Division, Washim is transferred to Civil Judge Senior Division, Parbhani. However, it is directed that on the transfer of the petition, the applicant/wife shall not seek adjournments in the matter unnecessarily. In the event, she seeks adjournment, she would inform the Advocate for the husband in advance, so as to avoid inconvenience to the husband.

The parties to take common dates in all the matters, if any, pending in between them as far as possible.

It is directed that the Civil Judge Senior Division, Parbhani, on transfer of the application, decide the same as expeditiously as possible. 7.
