This petition can be disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Collector for redressal of his grievance. If petitioner tenders appropriate representation to the Collector within a period of six weeks from today, the Collector shall take appropriate steps as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.
